David is a qualified accountant, a director of the sheep breed company Kelso, co-founder of the farm accounting software, Figured and has interests in dairy, sheep, beef and cropping farms in New Zealand and Australia.
His family farm, in the Rangitikei region of the North Island includes an 900-cow dairy block, cropping, sheep and beef finishing. David began working with MyFarm in 2007 and has played a key role in the due diligence, capital raising and business planning for several syndications.

Tom grew up on a sheep and beef farm in the Rangitikei before studying Finance at Otago University. After six years in the finance industry, managing investment funds in Auckland and abroad, he and David Marshall established the MyFarm Sheep & Beef business in 2013.
Since then Tom has worked with Investors to purchase over $100m of sheep and beef properties and assets.

Sarah brings rare people and project management skills to her role running the MyFarm Sheep and Beef office. Before joining us Sarah was High-Performance Director at Equestrian Sport NZ coordinating teams at Olympic level.
As well as managing investor and farm manager reporting, Sarah is responsible for our HR and Development. She plays a key role in setting the MyFarm Sheep & Beef team culture, organising training days to bring our Farm Managers together and ensure they’re always learning.

During her career Jo has built up in-depth understanding of sheep and beef farming including farming herself at a Rangiwahia hill country property and a finishing block near Feilding.
Jo has been part of the MyFarm team since 2010 and was there from the beginning when MyFarm Sheep & Beef was established. She provides our Farm Managers with farm administration support and keeps the business ticking along by handling everything related to accounts, tax and payroll.
